If you are ID2025 or ID125, make sure you changed your temporary password first before logging in to AnimoSpace/Canvas. Go to this link to change your temporary password.
Go to any of these links: https://animospace.dlsu.edu.ph or https://dlsu.instructure.com/login/google.
You will be prompted to login your DLSU Google Email Account.
Email: Generally <firstname_lastname>@dlsu.edu.ph
Password: Password you set upon first login in Google Workspace.
If you have already forgotten your password, Open https://accounts.google.com. Go to Security > Password.

Processing of MLS Account request is done before 7:30am and between 5pm to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays) to avoid disruption in on-going online classes.
Changing your password in AnimoSpace/Canvas is also changing your password in your DLSU GMail Account which can be done via your DLSU GMail Account. Please refer to this page: Google > How to change my DLSU Email/Google Account?
The only way to log off remotely for all devices is to delete the Approved Integration for the iOS or Android app(s) in the user settings on the web. To do this:
Login to AnimoSpace/Canvas using an internet browser.
Go to Account > Settings.
In the Approved Integrations, click the Trash Can icon corresponding to the item to be removed. See the image below for reference.
It is possible that the teacher who created the Labster simulation is using an outdated version, i.e. lower than LTI 1.3.
Contact your teacher and advise to use/migrate to the latest version of Labster, i.e. LTI 1.3.
