OVG-Enrollment Account FAQs

Your login credentials for OVG-Enrollment are as follow:
Username: Active Directory (AD) Username/ID, i.e. Student ID Number
Password: AD Password.
Refer to the email sent/will be sent to you on how to activate your AD account with the subject: [ITS] DLSU-IS OVG-Enrollment Facility Login. If you encounter any issues during the activation of account, please reply to that email.
Your login credentials for OVG-Enrollment are as follow:
Username: Your MLS/Active Directory (AD) User ID, i.e. Student ID Number
Password: AD Password.
In case you have forgotten your password for Active Directory, you can utilize the "Forgot Password" facility available on the Active Directory page to reset your password and regain access to your account. You may refer to the AD FAQ item:
Once you successfully logged in to your AD account, you may now proceed to login to DLSU-IS Online Viewing of Grades (OVG)/Enrollment site.
This only means that your Active Directory (AD) password has expired. Passwords in AD are valid for 90 days before they expire.
Please try logging in again to your AD account using the password you set previously. In case you have forgotten your password for Active Directory, you can utilize the "Forgot Password" facility available on the Active Directory page to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Once you successfully logged in to your AD account, this means that your AD/OVG account has been reactivated. You may now proceed to login to DLSU-IS Online Viewing of Grades (OVG)/Enrollment site.
Please try logging in again to your Active Directory (AD) account using the password you set previously. Refer to AD FAQs on how to login. If you successfully login to AD, you should not encounter any issues with DLSU-IS Online Viewing of Grades (OVG) login using the same account credentials.
Otherwise, reset your password and regain access to your account. Refer to Forgot Password on how to reset your password. Once you successfully reset your password, you may now proceed to login to DLSU-IS Online Viewing of Grades (OVG)/Enrollment site using the new password you set.
The ACCOUNT ACTIVATION FACILITY or the PASSWORD RESET FACILITY is ONLY for Parent/Guardian. Refer to this link OVG-Enrollment FAQs
The Account Activation (Activate your account? link) in MLS is NOT applicable for DLSU-IS Students. Additionally, the OVG account uses the Active Directory (AD) credentials, rather than the MLS account.
If you already have forgotten your password or your account has expired, request for a Password Reset in The CONCiERGE Support Portal. Check out the The CONCiERGE tab on how to submit a service request for a Password Reset in MLS/Email.
Coordinate directly to your subject teacher/s. Your subject teacher will coordinate your concern to the proper office.
Coordinate directly to your Homeroom Adviser (HRA). The HRA will coordinate your concern to the proper office.
Awards for the current academic year (AY) are displayed in the dashboard.
While, awards for the previous/past AYs are not accessible via OVG anymore.
If you do not see these in the dashboard or have any concerns regarding the awards, Coordinate directly to OASIS at OASIS@dlsu.edu.ph.
Coordinate directly to the Accounting Office by sending and email to Accounting.Laguna@dlsu.edu.ph.
