Login by clicking the Login menu at the upper right corner of the page.
Submit a service request for [IS] MLS/DLSU Email Account - Activation (New, Change of Name):
Click Service Request menu.
In the Service Catalog, under IS Student > IT Services menu, click [IS] MLS/DLSU Email Account (IS Students).
Fill in necessary information in the provided form.
Notes:
a. In I am requesting for, select Activation (New, Change of Name).
b. In the Attach file, proof of enrollment will be required as attachment which is ONE (1) of the following, whichever is available:
- Screenshot of DLSU-IS OVG (Parent or Student Account) Enrollment Dashboard, where student name is visible, OR
- Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF)
Then, click Place Request..
Go to The CONCiERGE Support Portal at https://theconcierge.dlsu.edu.ph.
Login by clicking the Login menu at the upper right corner of the page.
To login, click Sign in with Google. Enter your DLSU Email Account and Password.

Submit a service request for [IS] MLS/DLSU Email Account - Password Reset:
Click Service Request menu.
In the Service Catalog, under IS Student > IT Services menu, click [IS] MLS/DLSU Email Account (IS Students).
Fill in necessary information in the provided form.
Notes:
a. In I am requesting for, select Password Reset.
b. In the Attach file, proof of enrollment will be required as attachment which is ONE (1) of the following, whichever is available:
- DLSU ID; OR
- Screenshot of DLSU-IS OVG (Parent or Student Account) Statement of Account > Payments, where student name is visible, OR
- Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF), OR
- Clear scanned or captured copy of Official Receipt (OR) for Tuition Fee payment issued by Financial and Accounting Office.
Then, click Place Request.
Notes:
Processing of MLS Account request is done before 7:30am and between 5pm to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays) to avoid disruption in on-going online classes.
For the time being, while request is not being processed,
you may still use your DLSU Email account using your previous/latest password; and/or
you may view your grades AND/OR enroll and view your Statement of Account (Payments and Outstanding Balance) in OVG site via any of your parents’ accounts.
Go to The CONCiERGE Support Portal at https://theconcierge.dlsu.edu.ph.
If you do not have an account, Sign up using your email address. Refer to The CONCiERGE End-User Guide on this link: https://theconcierge.dlsu.edu.ph/support/solutions/articles/19000054754.
Otherwise, login by clicking the Login menu at the upper right corner of the page.
Submit a service request for [IS] LMS Parent App Access:
Click Service Request menu.
In the Service Catalog, under IS Student > IT Services menu, click [IS] LMS Parent App Access.
Fill in necessary information in the provided form. Read more to view the instructions on how to fill out the form.
Then, click Place Request.
Go to The CONCiERGE Support Portal at https://theconcierge.dlsu.edu.ph.
Login by clicking the Login menu at the upper right corner of the page.
To login, click Sign in with Google. Enter your DLSU Email Account and Password.
Note: Login is optional. You may be able to Report an Issue without logging in.
Click Report an Issue.
Fill in necessary information in the provided form.
Note: To help us resolve your concerns, please attach an image/screenshot or video clip of the error or problem you encountered.
Then, click Submit.
Go to The CONCiERGE Support Portal at https://theconcierge.dlsu.edu.ph.
Login by clicking the Login menu at the upper right corner of the page.
To login, click Sign in with Google. Enter your DLSU Email Account and Password.

- Screenshot of DLSU-IS OVG (Parent or Student Account) Statement of Account > Payments, where student name is visible, OR
- Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF), OR
- Clear scanned or captured copy of Official Receipt (OR) for Tuition Fee payment issued by Financial and Accounting Office.
Then, click Place Request.
