How do I login to Canvas Parent App?
For Canvas Parent App, login page should look like the image provided above/on the left.
If not, go back to Find School again and repeat the process until you retrieve the above login page.
Alternatively, you may access the Canvas Parent Account via an internet browser. To do this, go to https://dlsu.instructure.com/login/canvas and use the given Login and Password.

If you do not have an account OR do not know/have forgotten account details, request for the Activation of LMS Parent Access at The CONCiERGE Support Portal. Refer to this link on how to request for LMS Parent Access
I want to update the email address registered in my Canvas Parent App account
I want to update the email address registered in my Canvas Parent App account
The email address used in creating the Canvas Parent App account is the registered email address in the Parent Information of the student provided to the ORBE. This is the same email address used to activate the OVG-Enrollment Parent account.
If you wish to update the registered email address, request for the registration of Parent Information by sending an email to the ORBE at ORBE@dlsu.edu.ph.

This means that you are not assigned to observe your child in Canvas Parent App. Thus, you do not have access or not enrolled as observer in your child's subjects/courses.
To resolve this, request for Access to my child's subjects/courses (Canvas) in LMS Parent Access at The CONCiERGE Support Portal. Refer to this link on how to request for LMS Parent Access

Due to system's limitations, a parent account can not view the announcement by clicking the link provided in the email notification. To view this content in Canvas, login to your account. You have two (2) options to login:

In an internet browser, log in via DLSU.instructure.com/login/canvas
