DLSU Google Workspace/Email account will be used for accessing AnimoSpace/Canvas, The Concierge, and Library Resources.
Go to https://mail.google.com and log in using Username/User ID and Temporary Password given.
Email: Generally <firstname_lastname>@dlsu.edu.ph
Password: Temporary password.
You will be asked to change password before you can proceed to your inbox.
Important:
The initial password is case-sensitive. Kindly make sure to type in the initial password as is (uppercase/lowercase, numbers, and special characters).
For a smooth process, please prepare passwords beforehand that comply with the Password Complexity Policy for DLSU Google Workspace before changing them:
Minimum length should be at least eight (8) characters
Password reuse is not allowed
2FA enforced
Example: 123456Test!
Password validity: 90 days
Once you successfully logged in to your DLSU email, enroll in 2 Step Verification.
IMPORTANT! Set 2FA to prevent account lockout.
Go to https://accounts.google.com.
Go to Security > How you sign-in to Google > 2 Steps Verification.
Then, Get Started and follow the instructions provided to complete the enrollment in 2 Step verification.
If you have trouble completing the above instructions, please reply in the email message containing your DLSU Google Workspace/Email Account Login Credentials.
This means that you have not enrolled the 2-Factor Authentication enforced by the university.
Please Report an Issue in The CONCiERGE Support Portal.
Try any of the following:
Use another browser and/or try to clear your browser history.
Login again and make sure to type your User ID and password correctly. Your login credentials are as follow:
Email: Generally <firstname_lastname>@dlsu.edu.ph
Password: Your MLS account password.
If you have already forgotten your password, request for a Password Reset in The CONCiERGE Support Portal. Check out the The CONCiERGE tab on how to submit a service request for a Password Reset in MLS/Email.
If you recently requested for a Password Reset in THE CONCiERGE Support Portal, please check the inbox or spam/junk folder of the alternate/other email address you provided in the form, an email message with subject line: Your Google Account password for De La Salle University has been reset by your administrator. Follow the instructions given to access your DLSU Google Account again. The "Reset Password" link will expire within 48 hrs. please change your password within the given time.

Check the Google verification code sent to the recovery information email or phone that you have previously set.
