“Why does Apple charge more for its products than their competition? Is the minimum wage good for high school students looking for a job? Why do some people pay higher taxes than others? What can be done about unemployment and poverty? What has made the American economy so successful? Economics explains how people, businesses and governments make decisions that answer these questions.” This course will cover, but is not limited to income, banking and investing, taxes, supply and demand, assets, liabilities, and budgets.
