Once InfoSec activates your account, we’ll get you set up and ready to go.Technical Support: Got tech troubles? We’re here to troubleshoot issues and handle your hardware/software requests.

Account Management: Handled by the InfoSec team.Password Updates: Managed by the InfoSec team.SMS Reception Issues: Managed by the InfoSec team (e.g., not receiving verification codes).DiDi Account Validation: Managed by the InfoSec team (e.g., account not active, first-time login errors, account blocked).Personal Devices: We do not provide support for personal gadgets.Individual Software Training: No one-on-one software training sessions.Personal Hardware Purchases: We do not facilitate purchases of personal hardware.Unsupported Software: No support for unapproved software.
