The Ethics Line is managed by Contato Seguro, ensuring impartiality and independence in handling cases.
Whether it's identifying a violation or seeking advice, you can easily file a report online, anytime, and in multiple languages.
Who can use it?
All Orangers from Mobility, Food, and Fintech teams - including interns and third parties - are encouraged to utilize the Ethics Line. Plus, it's now globally accessible to all IBG countries where DiDi operates.
What can you report?
Any breach of our Code of Ethics and Conduct or company policies, from fraud to discrimination, can be reported. Our non-retaliation policy ensures your safety.
And it's not just for complaints! The Ethics Line also offers features for consultations, conflicts of interest statements, declarations of Politically Exposed Persons, and recording interactions with Public Officials.
