99Food keeps spreading its yellow energy
New launches in Salvador, Belo Horizonte and Campinas
99Food continues expanding across Brazil and in recent days, we celebrated our launches in Salvador, Belo Horizonte, and Campinas. Each new city rollout reflects the collective effort of our teams who have been working with dedication and passion to “paint Brazil yellow”.
From Operations to Product, from field teams to central teams, everyone has contributed to bringing 99Food to more people with discipline, focus, and true collaboration. As Daniel Fichman, Commercial Director at 99Food, reinforces this progress is only possible because we move forward together:
“It’s important to recognize and appreciate the tireless work our teams have been doing — both on the streets and behind the scenes. Day after day, people from different areas dedicate themselves to building partnerships, overcoming challenges, and strengthening our presence. None of this happens without tough negotiations, ambitious goals, intense days, and a routine that demands discipline, focus, and resilience. Even so, the team continues to deliver consistent results with determination and inspiring commitment.”
Together, we keep bringing 99Food’s yellow energy to more and more cities.
Leadership Loop
In each edition, we invite one of our leaders to share a meaningful insight or lesson from their journey at 99. Last week, Pedro Pecly nominated Tobias Starling, who gladly joined us to talk about the experiences that drive his growth at the company.
"Having been at 99 for over four years, I can confidently say the company offers a truly unique environment for development and growth. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to move across areas such as Product, Growth, and Operations, contributing to different business fronts such as Mobility, Delivery, and Food.
This diversity of experiences is possible because 99 encourages non-linear career paths, allowing each person to shape their journey according to their interests and aspirations. The result is a rich blend of perspectives and knowledge that accelerates professional growth.
On top of that, people are the true driving force behind the company. Our collaborative culture nurtures meaningful and organic connections. Opportunities naturally arise through daily interactions with colleagues from different areas, backgrounds, and even countries, further strengthening our learning and collective impact."
— Tobias Starling, Operations Sr. Manager | 99
