⚠️ This process is exclusively for interns, contractors and third-party outsourcing users who need VPN access. If you are FTE take a look on the steps for log in.
REQUEST PROCESS 🍊
Visit the BPM link to start the VPN request process: BPM Form.
Accept the portal's policies by clicking Recepción de todas / Accept all button.
If the page is in Chinese, change the language by clicking EN in the top-right corner.
3. Select the type of applicant: intern or outsourcing/contractor.
4. Enter the username (e.g., user_i or user_v).
5. Write yours manager's username.
6. Select the application authority group:
Interns: Group 03.
Contractors: Group 14.
7. Write the reason for the request (e.g., "I need access to DiDi's internal portals and applications").
8. Click Submit button.
9. You can monitor the progress under My Applicattions on the BPM Portal.
⚠️ Take note of: the request goes through an approval process which may take up to 24 hrs. After approval, you wil be able to log in to your DiDi Labs account.

LOG IN STEPS🍊
Open Cisco AnyConnect app.
Type vpn.didiglobal.com in the server field.
Click connect button.
Select the correct group from the list (e.g., 01 Normal, 03 Intern, 14 Contractor).
4. Enter your credentials, confirm your username (email prefix without @didiglobal.com) and password. Click ok button.
5. If you see the green check mark, it means the connection was successful.
Now you´re done. ✔️
