Now fill this incident with the following information:
1. Country: Select the correct country.
2. What’s the incident related to: Select the option ServiceNow.
3. Short Description: write ServiceNow account creation.
4. Description:
Add the user’s email address and username to whom access will be requested.
Add also the user's manager username.
