Welcome to the Offboarding Guide
This guide will help you navigate the offboarding process smoothly and clearly. You'll find key steps and tips for a seamless transition. Thank you for being part of the team β we appreciate your contributions and wish you success aheadβ¨.
You are required to visit the IT team at the CH1 offices to return your assigned assets. Please ensure all items are complete, including:Β
Laptop with charger.
Monitor with base and cables.
Mouse and keyboard.
Adapters.
Corporate phone and any other accessories.
During the handover, the IT team will inspect the equipment. Both you and the IT representative will sign the Asset Responsibility Form, where any relevant comments regarding the condition of the returned items will be recorded. Once signed, the process will be considered complete.
Before your visit, please make sure to uninstall DChat and sign out of Outlook on your personal phone to help ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Donβt forget to request a copy or photo of the Asset Responsibility Form signed by the IT team as proof of delivery.

Please send an email to itsupportmx@didiglobal.com, indicating your last working day, listing the assets currently assigned to you, and providing the following information:
Full address: this must include street name, exterior and interior number, neighborhood, postal code and state.
Mobile phone number.
Personal email address.
This information is required for us to generate the return shipping label, which will be sent to you by email.
Before packing your assets, please send us photos of the assets from multiple angles via email. This is necessary so we can validate the condition of the items. Please remember that in order for your final payment to be released, the IT team must submit the final asset report (including delivery confirmation and asset condition) to the HR team.
You are responsible for packing the assets securely to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Attach the shipping label to the front of the package and drop it off at the nearest DHL/Estafeta branch (we will let you know which one).
