Behavior Agreement Forms

This digital form combines three agreements regarding expectations of students with regard to Behavior, Bus Travel, and Responsible Use of Technology at all times.

All students read and discussed these agreements and read key parts of the Student Handbook as part of orientation. Meeting these expectations is an essential aspect of being part of our DGS school community. Students are asked to submit this form as a formal record of their commitment to the community and their agreement to meet these expectations for the school.
