Procedure for the Borrowing and Returning of Books and other Materials

LIBRARY SERVICES IN THE NEW NORMAL

LIBRARY GUIDE TO NEW NORMAL

1. If you want to borrow printed materials send the complete details (i.e., book title, author and grade level) and a request via email to just send us a message to this email address : edna.eclavea@deped.gov.ph or private message thru FB Account.

2. Borrower may personally pick-up and observe health protocols (require facemask, maintain good hygiene, clean and sanitize and limit capacity to meet social distancing.

3. For safety reason and schedule of disinfection, pick-up time of the requested material/s is from Mondays to Fridays at 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. only

4. All items/materials should be label with dates when those items entered quarantine for one week before they are checked-in.

5. Always observe health protocols and follow the updated AITF Policies and Guidelines.
