THE CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

"TINUN-AN KO, PANGITAON KO!"
Printed module is one of the distance learning modality to be used in this time of pandemic. Through this, learners who have no gadgets or internet connection were given a chance to learn. Printed modules will also help not only the learners but also the teachers. How? By helping the teachers in making learners grades. As we all know there are 2 assessment components in making our learners grade which is the written and performance task which makes the claiming and return of modules important in this time of pandemic.
Based on the survey conducted in each section per grade level, Grade 1 – Garnet has the most number of learners who failed to get and return the modules in the first quarter. Grade 1- Garnet has 7 out of 33 or 21% who failed to get and return the modules in the first quarter.
Therefore , the CI team of Ermita Elementary School – CCSE made a project entitled “Tinun-an Ko, Pangitaon Ko!” to achieve 100% of the learners to claim and return modules.

At the end of the project, we have achieved our objective which having a 100% rate of returning of SLM's.

At the start of the project, there are 7 out 31 learners who are not returning their SLM's.

With the help from the different people, we have achieved our goals. From calling our parents using the barangay paging system, and constant follow up through different online platforms and through home visitation.
