CITY CENTRAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
The school is located in a highly urbanized area. It is along the highway which is access point of both public and private vehicles going to and from the heart of the city, which is approximately a few meters away from the school. This school strategically stands across Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas along Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City.
It was established on June 1994 and started as a Night High School for the main purpose of catering the working youth. With the desire to accommodate the growing population of youth within the nearby communities, the school opened by its Day Department on September 2012 opened by the Chairman of the Committee of Education of the Cebu City Council, as an extension of Florensio Urot Memorial National High School ( known as Mablolo National High School). From S.Y. 2002 - 2003, the school is already operating as a National High School. which is commonly called as City Central High School.
At present, the school is operating with 37 classes in all grade levels in Junior High School. With 13 sections in Grade 7, 10 sections in Grade 8, 8 sections in Grade 9, and 6 sections in Grade 10. This school year 2020 - 2021 all are in Day classes due to covid-19 pandemic with a Modular Distance Learning.
