Project Summary

D-InforM-ALS (Data and Information Management for ALS- an interactive ALS bulletin) is an automated interactive bulletin with auto response application based from Chatbot, where the basic information and frequently asked questions about ALS Program are being answered automatically. Along with the learner’s interest in the program proper is the availability of the online and offline enrollment form which will be automatically saved in ALS Online Data Base and can harvested by the teachers as their learner’s enrollment record. 

Project Objective 

The following are the objectives of this innovation project:

1. Create an interactive and automated ALS Bulletin (Information Dissemination and Online/Offline Enrollment) through chatbot connected and accessible in Facebook and Facebook Messenger.

2. Answer queries about ALS Program for free through Facebook Messenger- which is commonly used for communication today by all ages and all time – for the messenger will always be open for 24 hours.

3. Reduce possible physical contacts among learners and teachers that might cause spread of virus.

4. Saver of time, effort and financial budget for travelling to near CLCs and phone call costs among interested OSY/As.
