The CID - Alternative Learning System Unit of SDO Nueva Ecija spearheaded the development of contextualized prototype self-directed modules for Alternative Learning System – Senior High School learners through a training-writeshop to augment the scarcity of ALS SHS learning materials.  Development teams, mainly selected from thirteen ALS-SHS implementers in SDO Nueva Ecija, composed of content editors, language editors, layout artist and graphic illustrators and evaluators were formed during the training-writeshop to develop and quality assured contextualized prototype SDMs on the six learning strands for Grade 11 ALS-SHS learners.
