Press the command keys to send Blue-Bot forward and back, left and right and learn counting, sequencing, directionality, problem-solving, and estimation. Using either the app, or just the Blue-Bot, students develop important thinking skills while they are having fun.
Although the app is not necessary to make use of Blue-Bot, it allows you to program remotely, and connect via bluetooth. The app also allows students to program a virtual Blue-Bot right in the app
Prior to booking any Robotics kit we suggest that students spend some time learning about Computational Thinking through both unplugged activities and digital activities. Teachers have found that students who have developed an understanding of Computational Thinking concepts were able to go much further and deeper with the kits. Code.org provides a good place to start as it provides resources, unplugged activities and well structures lessons.
