Volunteer Sign-Ups

Waunakee is hosting, so we will not require volunteers this year.

8th Grade Ensemble Information

Percussion Ensemble - 9:26 AM, Site 1 (Auditorium). Meet at 9:00 for group warm-up. Warm-Up Area: Room 1807 (Band Room)

Woodwind Choir - 3:32 PM, Site 9. Meet at 3:00 PM for group warm-up. Warm-Up Area: Room 1104 (Small Gym / Homeroom Area).

Brass Ensemble - 3:56 PM, Site 9. Meet at 3:30 PM for group warm-up. Warm-Up Area: Room 1411 (wait for Mr. Skaleski - warm-up and tune gently on your own).

8th Grade Dress

Black shoes/socks; black bottoms; tucked in purple band polo.

6th/7th Grade Dress

"Sunday best" - dress nicely. Purple band polo optional.

I recommend arriving to the FESTIVAL 40 minutes ahead of your scheduled time so you can properly warm-up, retrieve your original copy from the homeroom area (small gym - 1104), and find your site without rushing. Please don't forget to RETURN your original judge's copy.

Arrive at your SITE LOCATION 5-10 minutes ahead of time to see if the site is ahead or behind schedule.

Parking Warning

Be careful not to park in spots designated for the nearby public library, or your vehicle may be towed.
