Private Lessons

The large number of students in the DMS lesson program allows for only a small amount of private time for each individual. If students are interested, parents are heartily encouraged to seek private instruction for their child from a teacher that is an expert on that instrument. Good sources for private teachers are: area music centers, private teachers who have their own studios and students in the UW-Madison school of music.
