Roles

The Basics: (mature into an adult)

• • Adults - to model good practices. Be mature with a touch of immaturity.

  • Children - to look up and aspire, explore random actions, try new things 

  • Explore and full-fill each episode with interest 

  • Develop and mature with every season.

General Intelligence ( I am)

• • Embodied - I am because we are (in attention and intention)

  • Learners - to learn multiple ways off being better together 

  • Characters - to embody the actions and processes of characters and animals

  • Judges - negotiate self-control of actions, thoughts and words during shared moments

  • Creators - evolve skills and competence to scaffold pathways towards actualization

  • Son of Man - a son, brother, father, with daughters, sisters and mother 

  • Fools - to know that we don't know and that we all fall down

  • Participator - to vote with our voice, our hands/feed and more

  • Spirited - I accept callings from poems, parables, folk stories and religions

Specific Roles 

• • Hand - to be a a finger. A hand. A fist. A friend or foe.

  • Cleaner - to clean the school daily and be organized

  • Teacher - to serve the willingness of learners 

  • Students - to be willing to attend to sense-making practices

  • Principal - to be wise in our roles and serve the needs of those in our care

  • Curriculum Designer - to develop scaffold for children and adults

  • Publisher - to publish content with the tools available

  • Digital Pathfinder  -to build ways of being in digital spaces

  • Promoter - promote the school and it's philosophy

  • Gig worker - be a helpful hand here and there
