Graduates and other former students of DHS can request that an official copy of their transcript be sent to a post-secondary institution, employer, or other third party by contacting the High School Counseling Office. A copy can also be requested for the students' personal references. Please provide your name, maiden name if different, graduation year, birth date and the name and address of the person, business, school, or other institution that is to receive the transcript.

Students currently enrolled in high school can have an official transcript sent to post-secondary institutions by visiting the DHS Counseling Office and completing a transcript release form (including a parent's or legal guardian's signature if the student is not age 18).
