Week 10
This is the last week of school. It hasn't been the last 10 weeks we originally thought we were going to end with, but we made it. I hope you are healthy and have enjoyed Mr. Nash's Games. I have had fun doing it. I look forward to seeing you again and I hope you enjoy our last workouts of the school year.
Week 9
This week we are practicing our yoga poses and getting a workout by stretching and focusing on our breathing.
Week 8
This week we will get back to our quick games against someone in your family. These are quick games, but they will get you tired and feeling great after playing them. Make sure to send me a picture or draw a picture of you in action on SeeSaw, Twitter or email.
Week 7
National Field Day is Friday. Start practicing now and take pictures of the events your are performing while in action. You can send them to Mr. Nash on SeeSaw, Twitter or his email. Take a look at some of the activities so far.
Week 6
Watch Mr. Nash's YouTube videos this week. We are doing fun game called Bounce Ball and other short, but exciting moving games. Go to YouTube, "Mr. Nash's Gym" channel for more games and exercises.
Week 5
Watch Mr. Nash's YouTube videos this week. Work on exercising and spelling. Here's a link to get to the Alphabet Exercise Picture.
Week 4
This week we are doing quick games and activities with Mr. Nash and Owen. Watch the video and post on Twitter and tag Mr. Nash @dnash61 pictures, drawings, or write some words on how you felt when you played the game. You can also post on SeeSaw. I look forward to your responses.
Week 3
Week 3 is a Game Board Challenge. I loved the designs and creativity. Make sure to subscribe to Mr. Nash's YouTube Channel to see when new games and activities come out.

More activities if interested...
For student e-learning. Students need to complete the log for Physical Education for the time slot provided. They may choose any of the following options to complete this. Make sure you have a parent sign off for you.
Students may play in the snow for 30 minutes. (Make sure you are dressed warm and it is not too cold out).
Students may go for a walk for 30 minutes.
Students may go on-line and go to YouTube and perform a workout video:
If you cannot do any of these activities, then you may do the work-out provided below with a family member:
March in place for 1 minutes or count each time a foot touches the floor and do 60 touches.
10 push-ups
10 big arm circles
March in place with high knees for 1 minute or 60 touches tapping the knee each time it comes up to hip level
10 sit-ups
20 windmills. Stand with feet apart and arms straight out to the sides. Take right hand down to touch the left foot, keeping legs straight. Then do the same with the left hand down to the right foot. Every time you touch a foot count 1.
20 small arm circles forward and backward
20 jumping jacks
Run in place for 2 minutes or as long as a commercial break takes on T.V.
