So, what do I eat to stay healthy? I start my day with a "breakfast smoothie." I have a Ninja Blender. I go to Costco and buy the Vega protein mixes. I add a banana and some sort of Spinach or Vegetable Green Blend. Watch Mr. Nash Make his Smoothie

Lunch, I usually eat a sandwich with a salad or carrots. I try to keep it simple and something that is easy to grab and make.
Dinner, I try to limit the carbs and sugars. I usually have a protein, such as fish, chicken or red meat along with a salad or some type of vegetable.

I am telling you to eat healthy and to make sure you understand what you are putting into your body. It is important to put foods in your body that will give you energy and help you grow. Processed foods, sugars and fats are ok in moderation, but not as a main source of food. Yuck. Focus on healthy foods! Go to https://www.choosemyplate.gov/ for what is good to eat and what you should be focusing on.
