###Video of Mr. Nash's ways of boosting Immune System###
So, we are entering a new time and era of not only eating healthy and drinking healthy, but building an immune system that is so strong it can help keep you healthy. Just a heads up, we are human and we are not immune to everything and we can not create a plan that will make you bullet proof, but we can give our bodies a fighting chance by giving it the key ingredients it needs to stay healthy.
When you are trying to grow a plant, what does that plant need? Sugar? Carbs? No, it needs water and sunlight. Very simple. But, remember, what is simple to do is also simple not to do. Sometimes eating healthy can be a challenge.
But...
We are similar to plants in that we need water and we need sunlight, but we also need more. So, what else do we need?
https://good4u.co/ is a great source for nutrients and health! Much thanks to them and their blogs and information!
Check list...Many of these you can put into your diet by eating, vitamins, or drinking.
Citrus: Grapefruit, oranges, lime, oranges can all be added to water or you can get them as a juice. Vitamin C is the key! I try to eat as many cuties or oranges as I can as a midday snack.
Turmeric: I drink Turmeric tea, you can also use it when cooking as well or take it as a supplemental vitamin.
Ginger: I also drink Ginger tea. Do you see a trend. Change what you are drinking and turn it into tea, hot or cold. I drink a lot of tea.
Garlic: I use a lot of garlic when I cook. Keep some breathe mints near by, but it is a very good to have in your diet.
Vegetables: I try to eat carrots and celery as a snack. Sometimes with Peanut Butter. If you are allergic to PB, then don't do this!!! If I am making tacos I usually put onions and peppers in with the meat. Makes it a little more healthier.
Berries: Strawberries and raspberries. I try to eat these in my morning smoothies, but my kids usually scoop these babies up before I can eat them.
***As I said at the beginning, I am not a NUTRITIONIST or PHYSICIAN. If you are thinking about taking a supplement, consult with one.***
