MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT/TEACHER EXPECTATIONS

FOOD

• Food for nutrition purposes (timed) or as a TREAT specifically outlined by the teacher. (Food should never interfere with instruction.)

• Students are not allowed to utilize microwaves.

• Only water is allowed in water bottles. 

• No gum.

TECHNOLOGY

Bring your tech ready to go. NO TECH - Ladder. We will come up with way to check out tech. Wired headphones only smartwatches will be taken if you ever get caught doing anything with it. cell phones off and put away. NO EXCEPTIONS.

DRESS CODE

no pullover hoodies zip up hoodies must be down. If you have it up once - no more hoodie wearing. field trip dress code rules No blankets, hats, or crocs, and no pajama pants

HALLWAYS/RESTROOM

TEACHERS should be OUT IN THE HALLWAY during passing period. 

Greet kids at the door and hold students in hallway to expectations 5/5 rule for restrooms.

No phones/headphones No PDA 

Do not use Bonham Building hallways or stairs 

Students should be waiting for their next class lined against the wall and not huddled together in the hallway
