Mangoes are sold through various physical channels, including direct sales from the production area (orchards or markets in Fangshan, Pingtung, and Yujing, Tainan), farmers' associations and cooperatives (such as processed products promoted by the Puxin Township Farmers' Association), chain supermarkets and department stores (such as the directly operated counters at Eslite Bookstore Nanxi Store), specialty fruit shops/stores (such as Yuanzhijia Mango Dried Fruit Store), and tourist orchard experiences, covering a diverse range of sales channels from fresh fruit to processed products (dried fruit, ice cream).

Taiwan's mango production and sales are mainly handled by farmers' associations and fruit and vegetable marketing cooperatives in the producing areas, with the core concentrated in Tainan and Pingtung. Among the farmers' associations, the Yujing District Farmers' Association in Tainan is the most well-known. It has not only established export-grade fruit selection standards but has also developed high-value processed products such as low-temperature roasted mangoes. In Pingtung, the Fangshan District Farmers' Association is the leader, leveraging its geographical advantages to promote the "Zaiconghong" Irwin mango and enhance its brand value.

Taiwan's mango season typically lasts from May to July, primarily concentrated in Yujing and Nanxi in Tainan, and Fangshan in Pingtung.
