Meal Sponsors

We have a great support and advertising opportunity for any company or individual.  For a $100 donation you or your company can sponsor a CVMB meal.  Before each sponsored meal we will post a thank you (conveyed by students holding the famous CVMB white board with your name/company on it to our highly viewed Facebook and Instagram pages).  You can choose to have a web address, Facebook/Instagram page or email address added to the board as well.  Please mail checks for food sponsorships to:  CVHS Band and Colorguard Boosters at PO Box 1238 Spokane Valley, WA 99037.

Band & Guard Sponsors/Donors:

We have several different levels of donations or sponsorships available.  The details are outlined below.  Please let us know which level of participation you are interested in.  The kids appreciate your support for their music education.  Please note that unless otherwise specified, the advertising benefit is for one year.  A donation letter will be provided upon request.

One-time donations:                           Advertising Benefit:

Friends and Family - $100.00              Band website.

White - $101.00 - $499.00                  Band website and social media sites.

Blue - $500.00 - $999.00                         White level plus your name on the trailer for one year.

Bronze - $1000 – $1999.00                    White level plus your logo on the trailer for one year.

Silver - $2000-$2999.00                          White level  plus your logo on the trailer for 2 years.

Gold - $3000.00 - $3999.00               White level plus your logo on the trailer for 2 years plus your logo                                                                                                       on show shirts for one year.

Platinum - $4000.00 and up                  White level plus your logo on the trailer for 3 years plus logo on show shirt for one year plus announcement at Craft Fairs.

Annual recurring donations referred to as sponsorships are also available.  These allow you to have ongoing advertising benefits from your donation every year.  In addition, for sponsorships of $1500 or more, we will announce your sponsorship at competitions before the Marching Band and Color Guard perform.  For sponsorships of $2000 or more, we will also announce sponsorship at the Fall and Spring Craft Fair fundraisers. Contracts outlining the sponsorship will be signed prior to initiation of the sponsorship.

Items your donations support:

1.   Instrument purchases:

a.    Contra tubas ($7000-9000 each – need 8)

b.   Marimbas ($6100 each – need 2)

c.    Marching cymbals ($400 per pair – Need 4)

d.   Consumables such as drumsticks and drumheads ($2000 per year)

e.    New drumline so that harnesses and drums fit a variety of student body types ($28,000.00)

2.    Meals for competitions (See above under meal sponsors)

3.    Entry fees for competitions ($500-1000 per competition – attend 4 each year)

4.    Travel expenses for competitions and festivals above and beyond what the district covers (varies)

5.     Mobile, adjustable props for marching band shows ($600-1000 each - need 6-8)

6.     Sideline prop screens for marching band shows ($450 – need 4)

7.     Gear attachments for props ($175 per pair – need 6-8 pairs)

8.     Guest clinicians to work with students in concert and jazz bands ($100-125/hr plus travel)

9.     Folding Junior drum major stands ($1500 each – need 2)

10.   Craft Fair mat storage carts ($2400 each – need 3)

11.   New tents for competitions to provide shelter for students from the weather. ($300 each – need 3)

12.   Flag bags for color guard ($35 each – need 24)

13.   New floor for winter guard ($3000)

14.   Sabres for color guard ($240 each – need 24)

15.   New speakers for marching band. ($1700 each – need 2)

16.   Speaker carts ($850-1200 each – need 2)
