Signing up on Final Forms for extra-curricular activities.
Start by clicking the image to be taken to the Final Forms Website. -------------------------------------------------------------------->
Create a Parent Log in
In the extra curricular options, chose your students activity (Co-Ed Marching Band, Pep Band, Winter Percussion, Frost Guard)
Complete all necessary forms and upload a current Physical
Log out and create a student Log in
The student log in should show the activity that the parent has registered for.
Complete all necessary forms.
Once registration is complete, your student's fee account (In Touch) will show the required fees within 5-7 days. Please see the Fee Summary for cost of each activity.
