Description of the Opportunity: 

JoyPrac, an online education company headquartered in Shanghai, was co-founded by graduates from the Class of 2023 of the ITGL program at Johns Hopkins University.

As an innovation-driven enterprise, we specialize in practical English education. Our team comprises members from around the world, bringing a wealth of educational resources and expertise that positions us at the forefront of educational innovation. We have developed an interactive and engaging English learning ecosystem designed to stimulate students' passion for learning and enhance their language skills.

Informed by the knowledge and principles acquired during our studies at Johns Hopkins University, we are dedicated to nurturing a community of compassionate and socially responsible global citizens who can contribute positively to societal progress and development. Through our efforts, students not only gain proficiency in English but also grow into empathetic individuals actively involved in community engagement.

1）Teaching Assistant

- Assist teachers during lessons and provide support to students

- Track and document student performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement

2）Curriculum Engagement

-Engage in collaborative meetings with teachers to discuss and refine course content.

-Provide innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance lesson plans and teaching strategies.

3）Promotion Support

- Assist with content creation, and write posts

- Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies for platforms like Xiaohongshu and WeChat Official Accounts.

4）Preparation for the Shanghai Offline Education Summit

- Assist in developing a detailed schedule for the event

- Reach out to potential attendees via email or WeChat to provide event details and answer inquiries
