When you were admitted to the ITGL Cohort you were sent an email that included your Hopkins Assigned ID. You were asked to keep that email. The Hopkins Assigned ID is a nine-digit number that has been used as your Hopkins government ID [SSN]. We will continue to use this number as your Hopkins government ID [SSN] unless you notify us that you have a new US social security number.

SOE has partnered with the Homewood Writing Center to offer peer tutoring for SOE students. The Writing Center offers individual 45-minute conferences with trained peer tutors on any type of writing. Visit the Writing Center website to schedule an appointment and complete your registration in WCOnline, the center’s scheduling software. Make sure to click on the School of Education schedule.

ITGL students will be instructed when to register each semester and will receive a list of courses they should register for as part of the ITGL Cohort.

During the fall and spring semesters, qualified, degree-seeking students in the Johns Hopkins School of Education may register for courses at another division at Johns Hopkins University.

Interdivisional registration can be done by submitting an SOE Registration Form with the home school’s course and section number through SEAM's online form.

The School of Education student’s faculty adviser must approve the interdivisional registration (either by signing the box on the form or the adviser can email their approval to the student and the student must upload the email with the form). Documentation of the approval should accompany the Registration Form. All appropriate approval signatures from the School of Education must be obtained before the registration can be processed.
