ITGL Memory: Probably my most vivid memory of this program was on orientation day, where I realized that I was the only non-Chinese speaking individual in this program. Despite that, it didn't worry me at all, since everyone was incredibly nice and understanding. Regarding the program itself, I enjoyed every class that was offered, especially the Seminars! To me, it wasn't a class, but a safe space for us to voice our opinions and get feedback from colleagues.
ITGL Memory: This experience was nothing short of amazing. I thank all of my ITGL professors and classmates. I couldn't have done it without your help and sharing. And I so miss you, too. Let's meet again when the weather is nice.

ITGL Memory: I have a lot of great memories of ITGL. I am grateful for all my professors who gave me help and support. I miss the time working with my classmates. The ITGL program definitely helped me build up confidence and interpersonal skills.
ITGL Memory: Thanks to ITGL, I met many talented and nice classmates, some of whom have been my friends. It impressed me a lot that the professors, Dr. W and Ms. G always kindly and patiently supported us, enabling me to have unforgettable learning experiences.
Current Status: Special Education Teacher - DC Bilingual Public Charter School
ITGL Memory: There were way too many - But my personal favorite would be the extended learning visits at the beginning (The science center and aquarium). It felt great to be a kid again.
ITGL Memory: I can't describe how fortunate I am to have come to JHU-SOE for graduate school. Synonyms such as lucky, opportune or serendipitous, are all pale in comparison to the fullness of my feelings. Here at JHU-SOE, I met great peers and advisors who cared about my growth and believed in me. As they continued to believe in me, I expanded my horizons in such a new and foreign place. I had numerous experiences that made me more confident as a person, a person with individual thoughts and ideas about the future. I learned how to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds, developed my cultural sensitivities, and made everlasting friendships for life.
