Edifying Teachers is a mission-driven venture based here in Baltimore. We have developed and implemented an evidence-based framework to help support, retain, and upskill teachers. We utilize a hybrid model to provide personalized, culturally sustaining mentorship, with the most diverse, highly qualified, scalable network of mentors in education.
