Project Lead the Way

Our Citizen Scientist Project team is certified to train pre-service teachers in the Project Lead the Way (PLTW) K-5 Launch programming. We are also working to develop access maps to ensure all students are able to participate in a coherent pathway from Kindergarten through AP C-STEM disciplines.

We love PLTW because it offers a scaffolded approach to helping students become storytellers and problem solvers through the use of an activity-project-problem based approach to learning that is rooted in children's literature.
