Project - Development project for the Moroccan Red Crescent branch in Taroudant

This project aims to contribute to the sustainable strengthening of the organisational, technical and operational capacities of the provincial branch of the Moroccan Red Crescent (CRM) in Taroudant, enabling it to respond effectively and independently to humanitarian and community needs.

Support is provided for the construction of infrastructure and the development of spaces (needs assessment, purchase of furniture and bureaucratic, IT and logistical equipment) for the branch's activities and humanitarian responses.

3 Oceans Project - Support for logistics capabilities - Vanuatu Red Cross

The project supports the provision of equipment for the Vanuatu Red Cross, as well as the pre-positioning of family kits. Providing material resources is beneficial, but not sufficient. To ensure their proper use and sustainability, the recipients in charge must acquire basic management skills.

Capacity building in the logistics department 

The overall objective is to contribute to developing the capacities of the BRC logistics department team while meeting operational requirements and those of donors, in particular the AFD.

Dissemination of procedures and logistical tools and capacity building 

The project aims to strengthen the development of the national society in the field of logistics through key training courses on logistics and the recruitment of suitable personnel in the field of logistics.

Support to strengthen the logistics department  

The project supports the revision and modification of the Lebanese Red Cross's procurement and logistics procedures/manuals, as well as the review and dissemination of the Lebanese Red Cross's warehousing approach, through the recruitment of external consultants.
