Strengthening financial sustainability 

Strengthening financial autonomy has been identified as a priority objective for the development of the BRC. The project aims to strengthen the capacities of the Burundi Red Cross, particularly in the finance, administration and human resources departments, in order to meet donor requirements and reduce the risk of expenditure being deemed ineligible.

Capacity building in the logistics department 

The overall objective is to contribute to developing the capacities of the BRC logistics department team while meeting operational requirements and those of donors, in particular the AFD.

Contribute to strengthening the BRC's capacity in commercial First Aid 

The overall objective of this project is to strengthen the operational capacities of the Burundi Red Cross in terms of First Aid to respond effectively to growing demand from companies and generating additional income to increase its financial independence.
