Knowledge management

There are lots of knowledge management tools at CRI ; unfortunately few are shared across teams and a lot of information is lost.

Providing robust knowledge management tools that can scale up to the global teaching community (1 million teachers in France!) should be our long-term goal.

Note management

Currently used applications :

Notes
Evernote
GoogleKeep

What we need :

Currently notes are not shared between team members. Some teams use Slack for this purpose, but the free version is not satisfactory : only 5Gb and the last 10 000 edits are stored, data is not organized and difficult to retrieve...

We also have implemented a modern forum solution on our servers : Discourse. CRI community can freely try it. Discourse was created by former Stack-overflow team members and is open-source.
