1. Report time for departure is now 2:30 AM due to bus schedule. Mr. Bable will not arrive at the school before 2:00 AM.

2. The trailer will be loaded on the evening SUNDAY, NOVEMEBER 15TH. It will not depart until Monday evening, but it will be departing before we will return from the park. Luggage and souveniers that cannot go on the plane must be sent home at this time. Students should keep clothing and toiletries for the next two days.

3. Information about how to make reservations in the parks has been distributed.

4. We will return to Crestview at approximately 2:00 AM on Wednesday, November 22nd.

Those that plan to leave their cars at the school for the duration of the trip should park in the STUDENT LOT near the stadium.

Car keys can be left in Mr. Bable's Office during the trip if desired.

This is required for all students taking prescription medication and for students who would like to receive over the counter medication throughout the trip.

PLEASE NOTE: The hardcopy form that is being used was confirmed on Wednesday, November 8th. This form asks that informations about prescriptions be completed by a physician. Given the short time frame, we are asking that families do the best they can in this matter. If it is not possible to have the form completed by a physicians, please be sure to include all information.

All students that take presciption medications and/or wish to have the ability to receive over the counter medications MUST complete the hardcopy and digital form.
