This process has been streamlined and simplified as compared to past years.
Non-Prescription Medications / Over the Counter Medications (Updated June 2026)
It is recommended that this be completed for ALL students so they can receive over the counter medications if needed at band events.
There are two steps to this process:
Complete the hardcopy NON-PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION FORM and turn it in to Mr. Bable.
Complete the ONLINE NON-PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION FORM. This provides the specific Non-Prescription Medications students are permitted to be given by band chaperones and staff. You can click the link here or scan the QR Code on the hardcopy form.
Prescription Medications & Inhalers
Student that must take Prescription Medications or use Inhalers while at band camp (or at other events) must complete the PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION FORM. This is the area of greatest change as multiple medications can be listed on a single page. This form is only available as a hardcopy and must be turned into to Mr. Bable.
