3RD QUARTER HOME MUSIC BOOSTER CONCESSION STAND PRE-ORDERS
As our program continues to grow and change, we must adjust our policies and procedures to go along with it.
Starting for the 2025 football season, all marching band members that wish to purchase items from the concession stand during the 3rd quarter at home games should complete the appropriate pre-order form by THURSDAY EVENING before the home game. Payment must be submitted before or at Report Time on Friday.
This change is to ensure that all students have enough time during the 3rd quarter to receive and eat their food. The forms will always be available and accessible here.

HS BAND INFORMATION 2025 - 2026
If you were unable to attend the parent meeting held on Thursday, January 30th about High School Band and Marching Band for the 2025 - 2026 school year, you can find some of the highlights here.
Information about the upcoming season was reviewed. Most of the information can be found in the Marching Band and Band Camp Information packet that was sent home with students last week. Some of the important information is:
June rehearsals should be attended unless there is a legitimate reason to miss them.
July and August rehearsals are mandaroty, but we understand that families will go on vacation and have some conflicts periodically.
Attendance at Band Camp is REQUIRED to participate in High School Band. Band Camp is held at Slippery Rock University from Sunday, July 6th through Friday, July 11th.
The TENTATIVE HS Band Schedule was share so families can get a sense of the requirements.
All students in 7th Grade Band and High School Band must complete the Crestview Marching Band Response Form no later the February 28th. The first payment for band camp should be included with the form if participating. You may follow one of the provided payment plans or pay for the entire amount at once in you so choose.
The cost for band camp is $350 which includes the theme shirt worn under the band uniform and the dry cleaning fee for the uniform. This amount includes accomodations in suite style, air conditioned dorm rooms each with a microwave and refridgerator; and an all you can eat buffet style breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day.
If the cost of band camp is an issue, the music boosters are committed to help families with the financial burdon. So far, the music booster have been able to support every student with a financial need to attend band camp. Attendance at Band Camp is MANDATORY to participate in band for all 8th through 12th grade students.
