Every attempt will be made to provide all necessary information here on the website. When questions arise, email is the best means of communication. Please be aware that depending on the time of year and the events taking place, it may be several days before emails receive a response. The Directors and Music Boosters rarely check emails on the weekends.

Please avoid the following means of communication:

1. Remind Messages - Notifications disappear and are not easily seen again unless specifically looking for them.

2. Google Classroom Comments - Notifications for these are turned off. They are often not seen until assignments are being graded.

3. Google Voice Numbers - Notifications are generally turned off unless we are at an event or on a trip. In those cases, these should be used for emergencies only. There may be a few instances where you are asked to use these forms of communications outside of these parameters.
