Yoga

One of my favorite times is spend quiet time in my yoga room doing yoga. I am by no means a yogi or an expert but it certainly creates space in my mind. Clearing out my brain of non essentials and focusing on my breath helps me start my day. I often say it's like walking the dog each day. We walk the dog and the pooch is calm and quiet for the day. When I tend to myself for part of a day, I am calmer and more centered. I have followed and practiced with a Youtube video for years. Here is a link to my favorite practice - Yoga with Adriene.
