Try to find time each day to take care of you! I know it is hard to find time, our lives are so busy. I know that when I take care of me, I am able to take care of many other people too as a result of it. Find your way to unwind each day. It doesn't have to be a long time each day just 10 or 15 min. You will feel like a whole new person.
Diffuser - I love to use my diffuser with peppermint and eucalyptus oil in it. It really awakens me and helps me take deep cleansing breaths in the morning. Lavender in it at night is a great way to unwind from the day.
Yoga - is a definite go to for me. I love to watch Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube. They are easy and really anyone can do it. She is patient and has such a sweet soul. I smile inside just thinking of the yoga mat and her video on.
Walk - I also love to take a walk in nature. I like to walk alone. It creates good thinking time for me. Some of my best thoughts, plans, meetings and gatherings are created on a morning walk.
Puppy party - as we refer to at our house. Is time on the floor petting the dogs. We have three big dogs and they really bring me joy. They are always excited to see me no matter what time of day it is.
Cooking - I love to cook on Sundays. If I am cooking a big meal and chopping lots of fresh veggies ,not in any kind of rush then I am relaxed. Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett or Diana Kral in the background is uplifting to me!
