Why do I need to report a club balance?
The reporting of club balances is ESSENTIAL to the club grant process. Numerous occasions have occurred where clubs are unaware of the leftover money in their accounts, and apply for a grant without this knowledge. This could take away from other clubs that truly need the grant. Applicants are responsible for communicating with their club sponsors to accurately report their club balance. Balances may be verified after submission.
Note - Inaccurate reporting may result in the denial of club funding
How do I find my club balance?
To reduce redundancy and ensure efficient communication, the Fundraising Office asks that only Club Sponsors request club balances from Ms. Nantwi. Club Sponsors can share balance details with student leaders when preparing the club grant application. Students are responsible for asking their club sponsor to ask.
