I agree  with Wilde's observation that it is through disobedience that progress is made. In terms of getting abortions Women are able to stand together to bring awareness. 

One example that supports my claim on the value of disobedience is Keke Palmer comes out about her having an abortion at a younger age due to her not feeling that she could be  successful with her career and be a mother, She tweets, “I was worried about my career responsibilities and afraid that I could not exist as both a career woman and mother,”
