12:30-1:25 Restroom Break, Lunch, Recess

1:25-2:25 Specials

2:25-3:40 Block 3

3:40-3:45 Prepare for Dismissal 

5th Grade Supply List

  (Rooms 204, 205, 206)

$120 Student Fee

6 folders – orange for SS, purple for Math,  green for Science, blue for ELA, and other 2 can be any color/design

6 Composition notebooks (100 or more pages)

2 packages of blue or black ERASABLE pens

2 Boxes of 12 (or more) Dixon Ticonderoga #2 Pencils (NO MECHANICAL PENCILS)

1 eraser

2 large glue sticks

1 pair of scissors

1 pencil sharpener (that can hold shavings)

1 box colored pencils

1 box washable markers

1 package of highlighters (4 or more)

1 soft pencil case (no boxes)

1 pair of headphones or earbuds (to be kept at school or in backpack)

For Classroom Use (Do not write name on them):

2 canisters of Clorox wipes

3 large boxes of Kleenex

2 rolls of paper towels

2 reams of white copy paper

 1 package of Expo dry erase board markers (4 or more)

1 box band aids

The following items are for art class and will be kept in the Art room for community use:

 1 Elmer’s Glue 4 oz Bottle (No-Run, Washable)
