Transfer Students

Transfer student course requests are completed as they are accepted into Jones. Transfer students are able to choose classes based on which graduation requirements still need to be fulfilled. Students will be scheduled based on what classes are available and may not receive their first choice class. 

In some cases, the official high school transcript from the previous school is not received in time for the start of the school year therefore, course schedules may need to be altered depending on when Jones receives the official transcript. 

Course credits will be transferred to the Jones transcript once the counseling department evaluates official transcripts from the student’s previous school.
