Welcome to Mindfulness Monday with Mrs. Julie Muehlenkamp. We are going to start each week with some activities that will help you to take some time to notice what is around you. Mindfulness is taking the time to notice what is happening around you, taking time to understand how you feel, and help us calm down when we are sad or angry. Mindfulness can help us deal with tough emotions, but even more importantly, it can make us all feel good about ourselves!
