Parents Open Day on July 21/ 保護者参観日(7/21)のご案内

We are pleased to announce that we will have the Parents Open Day tomorrow (07.21.22) as planned.

The open time is from 9:45am to 10:50am. Please respect and abide by the times of the open session even if you arrive late on the day.

Only one parent/guardian per student is invited. No siblings, grandparents, or uncles/aunts are allowed.

※Please bring the parent name tag, indoor slippers, and a bag to put your outside shoes

※Videos and pictures are not permitted during the open sessions

※For bus users, if you plan to bring your child to school on open days, please make sure to contact the school and cancel your bus attendance for that day

※The school bus service from Higashi-Tokorozawa Station is available for parents at 9:25 and 9:35 (a bus back to the station after open day will be provided)

明日（2022年7月21日）の授業参観は、予定通り実施するはこびとなりました。

参観時間は午前9:45から10:50までです。時間厳守でお願いいたします。この日時以外の参観はご遠慮ください。

新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大防止の観点から、生徒1名につき保護者1名のみのご招待となります。兄弟、祖父母、おじ・おばの同伴はできませんのでご了承ください。

※保護者名札、上履き、外靴を入れる袋、をご持参ください。

※動画・写真の撮影はご遠慮ください。

※バス利用の生徒で、参観日にバスを利用せず保護者と登校する場合は、必ず学校にご連絡の上、バスをキャンセルするようお願いいたします。

※参観の保護者様向けのシャトルバス（東所沢⇔学校）の運行がございます。東所沢駅から9:25と9:35に出発します。（参観後の東所沢行きの復路も運行します）
